What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients within the Casino Platform ecosystem.
  • Provide technical support, perform initial troubleshooting, and analyze logs to resolve incidents.
  • Manage and prioritize client requests based on urgency and SLA expectations.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, Development, and Infrastructure teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Analyze client feedback to propose product and process enhancements.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

  • English: B2 or higher
  • Russian: C1 or higher
  • Portuguese: B2 or higher
  • Location: Must be based in Brazil
  • Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, and YAML.
  • Experience with browser DevTools, Git/GitLab, and Jira.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Kibana, and Grafana.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with React and modern frontend architecture.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and networking concepts.
  • Previous experience in QA or technical support environments.
  • Knowledge of SSR, SEO fundamentals, and responsive design principles.
