Salary: $110,000–$125,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Lead services forecasting and capacity planning to align resource supply with customer demand.
  • Drive resource utilization and margin optimization to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
  • Own professional services process design, including the standardization of delivery workflows.
  • Establish services pipeline visibility and manage the backlog to ensure proactive prioritization.
  • Develop performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage billing operations and mitigate revenue leakage risks across the services lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of services business models, including revenue recognition and margin drivers.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and operational process improvement.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience building models and dashboards.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office (Hybrid).
