What you will do
- Own day-to-day execution for client workstreams including onboarding, configuration, and feature rollouts.
- Coordinate between account, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure project momentum.
- Investigate client issues by gathering context, reproducing problems, and identifying blockers.
- Use AI and internal tools to accelerate investigation, documentation, and delivery workflows.
- Translate unclear client needs into actionable priorities and next steps.
- Improve delivery playbooks, templates, and operating habits to enhance future client work.
Requirements
- Must be based in Romania.
- Strong ownership and agency to drive work forward in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints for clients.
- Technical mindedness with a desire to understand systems, data, and failure modes.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities effectively.
- Practical experience using AI tools to structure context and improve workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in client operations, product operations, or technical account management.
- Background in SaaS platforms, CMS tools, or developer-facing products.
- Experience working with sports, media, or live digital products.
