What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution for client workstreams including onboarding, configuration, and feature rollouts.
• Coordinate between account, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure project momentum.
• Investigate client issues by gathering context, reproducing problems, and identifying blockers.
• Use AI and internal tools to accelerate investigation, documentation, and delivery workflows.
• Translate unclear client needs into actionable priorities and next steps.
• Improve delivery playbooks, templates, and operating habits to enhance future client work.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• Strong ownership and agency to drive work forward in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints for clients.
• Technical mindedness with a desire to understand systems, data, and failure modes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities effectively.
• Practical experience using AI tools to structure context and improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in client operations, product operations, or technical account management.
• Background in SaaS platforms, CMS tools, or developer-facing products.
• Experience working with sports, media, or live digital products.
