What you will do

  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic accounts, owning escalations and complex integration challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, defining scaling best practices and delivery standards.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with customer leadership regarding technical strategy, product trade-offs, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with engineers to provide strategic guidance and support solution design for complex accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to feed customer insights into the platform roadmap.
  • Champion the LATAM customer base internally to influence regional strategic conversations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech or payments.
  • Proven track record of leading or mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Knowledge of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, or Node.js).
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
