TL;DR
Client Success Manager (SaaS/eCommerce): Managing key relationships with retailer clients to ensure business goal attainment and platform optimization with an accent on strategic account planning and roadmap development. Focus on driving feature adoption, increasing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and coordinating cross-functional alignment between sales, product, and implementation teams.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $60,000–$93,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage key relationships with Retailer Clients and define success metrics.
- Develop and maintain joint success plans and roadmaps to keep clients engaged.
- Drive product listing success and feature adoption through training and enablement.
- Increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) by providing recommendations to expand marketplace networks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Managed Services, and Support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of client success or account management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience with major CRM tools, preferably Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Ability to interpret analytics and reports using tools like Looker or PowerBI.
- Proficiency with AI tools, such as chat-based assistants and reporting copilots.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for interacting with executives and technical staff.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in the retail industry or supply chain.
- 2+ years of experience with eCommerce platforms.
- Experience supporting marketplace businesses.
