TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Holmdel, New Jersey)

Salary: $56,000 – $80,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic partner for assigned customers to drive product adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain customer success plans aligned with goals and adjust them as priorities shift.
  • Monitor account health using Gainsight to identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Account Management to provide adoption insights for EBRs/QBRs and renewal strategies.
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on usage signals and workflow maturity.
  • Relay product feedback to influence the roadmap and facilitate engagement with new features.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Holmdel, New Jersey
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to produce actionable customer-facing recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight or similar CS tooling and CRM workflows.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
