Location: Remote (must be based in the US)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage a large book of assigned clients to ensure account retention and maximize partnership value.
- Drive the SaaS contract renewal process and achieve recurring revenue retention goals.
- Generate a pipeline of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by informing clients of new products and features.
- Track and forecast customer health, renewal, and growth metrics for leadership reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline contracting processes and advocate for client needs.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and hygiene within the CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in renewing and retaining customer contracts, preferably within a SaaS organization.
- Ability to drive product value and ensure customer adoption in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Technical aptitude with MS Office Suite, CRM, and tools like Gong.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar consultative sales methodologies.
- Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 25%.
