Salary: $94,800 - $117,750 (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead SMB client needs and marketing strategies to drive adoption and retention.
- Execute new business launches and manage strategic, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients, consultants, and partners in the SMB segment.
- Design strategies to improve customer loyalty and build scalable operational processes.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling existing customers to expand their suite of product offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations to enhance cross-functional workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Background or experience working in Healthcare and Digital Health.
- Proven track record of driving revenue expansion and relationship development strategies.
- Proficiency with tools including Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Ability to manage complex projects and use data to drive decision-making.
