TL;DR

Product Designer (AI): Design intuitive, human-centered AI experiences for knowledge workers, making complex LLM technology feel simple and trustworthy with an accent on interaction patterns, personalization, and enterprise-scale usability. Focus on owning end-to-end features from concept to launch, prototyping novel AI-native ideas, and shaping product strategy through user research and collaboration with PMs and engineers.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in our San Francisco office)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually

• Design beautiful, human-centered AI experiences that make powerful technology feel simple and delightful.
• Explore new AI interaction patterns for information discovery, content creation, and goal accomplishment.
• Own features end-to-end from concept through launch, including user research and prototyping.
• Develop intuition for LLM capabilities and limitations to create intuitive experiences.
• Shape product strategy by partnering with PMs and championing users through data and research.
• Contribute to design system, share principles, and elevate team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with some in AI or LLM-based products
• Genuine AI fluency and understanding of UX challenges like trust, transparency, and personalization
• Consumer design mindset focused on intuitive flows and onboarding
• Technical confidence to discuss model capabilities with engineers
• Strong portfolio showing interaction design, visual craft, and shipped products
• Craft-focused with attention to detail and collaborative attitude
