What you will do

• Build and mentor the design team, focusing on agile and solution-oriented processes.
• Refine the design process, reimagining how design uses AI tools from customer research to high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff.
• Act as an advocate for the user, translating complex design decisions into clear business outcomes.
• Build the future by using advanced tooling to validate hypotheses, align stakeholders, and make informed decisions quickly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Design experience overseeing multiple work streams.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex, data-heavy applications.
• Examples of how your leadership improved both team performance and product quality with a desire to remain “hands-on” as a designer.
• Experience shipping products known for high-craft and ambition designs.
