What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, starting with two direct reports.
• Contribute hands-on to design work while setting vision and direction for patient booking flows, patient portal, provider software, and internal tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Balance user needs with business goals, prioritize work for maximum impact, and communicate a bold vision for mental healthcare technology.
• Establish and maintain design systems in Figma for consistency and scalability.
• Leverage data, user research, and market insights to inform design decisions and champion patient/provider voices.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio in consumer product design.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading and developing design teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, advanced workflows, AI, and design system management.
• Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
• Visionary thinking and passion for healthcare innovation; experience designing for healthcare preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience doing and/or managing product research.
• Interest in using AI to improve product design and development processes.
