Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Chile)

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential clients via industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Initiate communication with prospects to uncover needs and align solutions.
  • Present payment solutions clearly and handle objections with confidence.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to tailor solutions for specific client requirements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot differentiation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Recent graduate or final year student in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Genuine passion for sales and a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a clear drive to hit and surpass targets.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools, particularly Salesforce, Salesloft, and Apollo.
