Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Somerville, Massachusetts, 4 days/week

What you will do
- Work directly with the CEO and senior leaders on high-priority strategic and operational projects.
- Build and optimize internal systems, documentation, and workflows to support rapid company scaling.
- Use AI tools to automate tasks, research complex topics, and improve internal efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks including dashboards, audits, and internal communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Go-to-Market, People, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Execute on both high-level strategic initiatives and unglamorous, essential operational tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Somerville, MA, 4 days/week.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, consulting, startups, or finance.
- 0-3 years of experience in a fast-moving environment; exceptional new graduates are welcome.
- Proven builder mindset with examples of initiatives or tools created without being asked.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and ambiguous business problems.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or improve work processes.
- High agency, strong organizational skills, and clear written communication abilities.
