Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Somerville, Massachusetts, 4 days/week

What you will do

• Work directly with the CEO and senior leaders on high-priority strategic and operational projects.
• Build and optimize internal systems, documentation, and workflows to support rapid company scaling.
• Use AI tools to automate tasks, research complex topics, and improve internal efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks including dashboards, audits, and internal communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Go-to-Market, People, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Execute on both high-level strategic initiatives and unglamorous, essential operational tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Somerville, MA, 4 days/week.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, consulting, startups, or finance.
• 0-3 years of experience in a fast-moving environment; exceptional new graduates are welcome.
• Proven builder mindset with examples of initiatives or tools created without being asked.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and ambiguous business problems.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or improve work processes.
• High agency, strong organizational skills, and clear written communication abilities.
