What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Community Managers to deliver world-class social campaigns.
• Support the growth team by writing and delivering presentations to pitch new client programs.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal Production, Influencer, Creative, and Strategy teams.
• Manage the day-to-day project delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Drive account growth through strategic upselling and communication planning.
• Ensure top-quality creative output that consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-volume accounts with extensive deliverables.
• Strong expertise in project delivery, budget optimization, and client reporting.
• Ability to build trust with clients and effectively motivate internal cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of popular culture and the latest social media trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for the hybrid work schedule.
