What you will do

• Manage the full creative intake lifecycle from initial request through scoping, alignment, and approval.
• Challenge and refine briefs to ensure clarity of objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Marketing stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable work packages.
• Develop structured workback schedules and identify cross-functional dependencies and risks.
• Lead weekly demand planning sessions to balance capacity against strategic priorities.
• Maintain a centralized creative pipeline, tracking SLAs, lead times, and potential blockers.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing operations, creative workflow management, or account/project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and influence stakeholders constructively.
• Deep understanding of creative processes, campaign planning cycles, and production workflows.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or Workfront.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate capacity and pipeline performance.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Stirling or Edinburgh.
