What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair lottery equipment and communication devices at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning hardware in the field to restore it to working order.
• Deliver and track inventory of marketing supplies and consumable parts like paper and ribbons.
• Provide basic or remedial training to retailers on equipment procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to report activity, arrival/departure times, and failure resolutions.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• 1+ years of experience in technical repairs, IT support, or mechanical skills.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
