What you will do

• Implement, support, and maintain enterprise-level Citrix environments, including servers, ADCs, and related infrastructure.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex Citrix support and troubleshooting issues.
• Identify and execute opportunities to standardize, optimize, and automate existing processes.
• Manage Citrix Cloud and Citrix deployments within Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations to ensure continuous system availability.
• Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis and share findings to enhance team expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Citrix certification: CCA‑V (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Administration).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Citrix Virtualization Engineer/Administrator.
• Experience managing large-scale environments (2,000+ users), preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on proficiency with CVAD 2203+, StoreFront, FsLogix, PVS, and MCS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Advanced Citrix certifications: CCEE, CCP‑V, CCE‑V, or CCP‑N.
