What you will do

• Maintain accurate occupancy, seat assignment, and space utilization data across multiple campus buildings using tools like CADapult.
• Lead the coordination and execution of individual, team, and large-scale campus moves associated with renovations and growth.
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Workplace Operations to align move logistics and ensure operational readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership regarding occupancy requests and workplace changes.
• Conduct regular space audits and assist with the development of workplace standards and planning guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve move coordination workflows and occupancy data management practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in El Segundo, California.
• 3–5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or project coordination.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
• Experience using CAD-based planning tools such as CADapult is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
