Salary: OTE $60,000–$75,000 (70/30 base/incentive)

What you will do
- Build new sales pipeline through direct outreach (phone and email) using prospect database and research
- Qualify leads using guidelines and criteria in Salesforce CRM
- Engage leads via follow-up communications and prioritize lead pipeline daily
- Make outgoing sales calls to seek new school district clients
- Record and track all sales activities accurately in Salesforce
- Contribute actively to weekly, monthly, and annual sales and territory team meetings
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience generating and/or triaging leads
- Previous experience prospecting and working with an inside sales team
- Ability and confidence to cold call and engage in meaningful discussions
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, resilient with a positive outlook
- Team player open to growth and professional development
