TL;DR

Senior Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Building the sales pipeline through market research, lead qualification via calls, and collaboration on BDR campaigns with an accent on B2B cybersecurity solutions. Location: Fully Remote (US, East Coast / Central US)

Salary: USD 85,000-100,000 OTE (70/30 split)

What you will do

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential B2B clients and initiate contact.
  • Qualify leads through calls and collaborate with sales team on campaigns including messages, calls, and emails.
  • Execute lead generation strategies with Marketing to schedule appointments.
  • Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and outreach methods.
  • Explore client needs and match them with HTB products/services.
  • Act as first point of contact for new customers and become a product expert.

Requirements

  • Located in US, East Coast / Central US
  • Professional sales experience with clear sales career orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful with can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort talking to strangers
  • Enthusiasm for calling, ability to adapt to prospects, and positive attitude
  • Hands-on experience with sales techniques (Solution Selling, SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger etc)

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM and email automation tools
