What you will do

• Coordinate patient appointments, fittings, and follow-up visits with PSR contractors to meet "time to fit" metrics.
• Manage field inventory levels and equipment distribution, determining shipping methods based on cost and urgency.
• Provide internal support for Field Sales to ensure the efficient delivery of the LifeVest product.
• Negotiate fees and manage the selection of PSR contractors based on availability and activity levels.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to resolve product installation and post-installation inquiries.
• Assist in obtaining necessary patient records and insurance information for reimbursement and intake processes.

Requirements

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Must be based in or able to work in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid schedule).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
