What you will do

• Support new business and renewal underwriters, agents, customers, and internal staff across commercial and personal lines.
• Respond to agent inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing guidance on commercial lines products.
• Deliver high-quality customer service for daily servicing of new and renewal business.
• Provide clerical support, quoting assistance, and administrative activities as needed.
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier coverage forms, automation systems, eligibility, and program details.
• Document all activity in the Agency Management System and adhere to service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of insurance experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with email, record-keeping systems, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's License.
