Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote options available, or hybrid (3 days/week) if located near hubs in Chicago, Boston, or South Bend.

What you will do
- Educate clients on patient experience surveys and data collection processes.
- Audit and interpret recurring monitoring metrics to ensure compliance with government-required data collection (CAHPS).
- Maintain and adjust patient experience products for complex, strategic healthcare system accounts.
- Manage timelines and prioritize workloads to meet client target dates and internal SLAs.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams and provide ongoing product support.
- Lead or co-lead at least one cross-departmental project annually to improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in a Client Support Specialist role managing large, strategic accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze multiple data sources to execute survey distribution plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in the US.
