What you will do
- Consult with healthcare partners to identify solutions that deliver optimal care via products and data.
- Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategies for customer strategic initiatives.
- Design workflow solutions to minimize clinical disruption and maximize operational efficiency.
- Expand the adoption of solutions within large hospital systems and health networks.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and product support to clinicians and stakeholders.
- Lead on-site implementations, evaluations, and special projects as a Lead Clinical Specialist.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Must be based in California (Remote).
- Ability to travel extensively (50% or more), including overnight travel.
- Valid Driver’s license and a driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
- Proficiency in PC literacy and strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients.
