What you will do

  • Consult with healthcare partners to identify solutions that deliver optimal care via hirify.global products and data.
  • Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategies for customer strategic initiatives.
  • Design workflow solutions to minimize clinical disruption and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Expand the adoption of hirify.global solutions within large hospital systems and health networks.
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and product support to clinicians and stakeholders.
  • Lead on-site implementations, evaluations, and special projects as a Lead Clinical Specialist.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Must be based in California (Remote).
  • Ability to travel extensively (50% or more), including overnight travel.
  • Valid Driver’s license and a driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy and strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.

Nice to have

  • At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients.
