TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (WordPress): Generating lead volume and warm introductions for acquisition teams with an accent on inbound and outbound business development. Focus on researching prospects, qualifying potential clients, and articulating the benefits of WordPress solutions to a broad array of industries.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Austin, TX (in office Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Compensation: $45,000 base, $55,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Research and catalog contact, account, and opportunity information.
  • Manage inbound leads and generate outbound leads to consistently exceed monthly quotas.
  • Expand relationships with prospects to communicate the advantages of WordPress solutions.
  • Collaborate with the selling team to drive initial relationship development.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to identify and address customer needs.
  • Qualify potential clients across a broad array of industries.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Exposure to Solution Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Sandler, or SPIN methodologies strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM applications.
  • Performance-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
  • Effective communication skills over phone, chat, and email.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX for hybrid office attendance (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
