What you will do

• Serve as the primary guide for new customers during their platform implementation.
• Monitor onboarding progress via internal checklists to ensure all milestones are met.
• Triage and resolve customer questions and onboarding blockers.
• Educate customers on payroll tools and verify account setup accuracy.
• Maintain consistent communication through check-ins and handoff documentation.
• Partner with prospective customers to support conversion and early value delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, operations, or support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for learning new products and complex subject matter.
• Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to customer needs.
