Location: Hybrid; Must maintain an in-office presence of a minimum of four days per week in King of Prussia, PA
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 base

What you will do
- Process inbound account documentation and written inquiries in accordance with company and state policies.
- Provide high-quality customer support via email and chat, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions for savers and sponsors.
- Collaborate with management and product teams to provide feedback for process improvements.
- Ensure the protection and proper handling of all confidential data.
- Participate in projects aimed at increasing and enhancing client engagement.
Requirements
- College degree and/or equivalent customer service experience.
- Experience with operational tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Asana, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Must be based in or be able to maintain an in-office presence in King of Prussia, PA (minimum 4 days/week).
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with basic calculations.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all organizational levels.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in operations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
