TL;DR

Operations Associate (Fintech): Providing operational support to savers and sponsors by processing inbound documentation and inquiries with an accent on customer satisfaction and policy compliance. Focus on solving complex account issues, coordinating with product teams, and ensuring data security.

Location: Hybrid; Must maintain an in-office presence of a minimum of four days per week in King of Prussia, PA

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 base

What you will do

  • Process inbound account documentation and written inquiries in accordance with company and state policies.
  • Provide high-quality customer support via email and chat, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions for savers and sponsors.
  • Collaborate with management and product teams to provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Ensure the protection and proper handling of all confidential data.
  • Participate in projects aimed at increasing and enhancing client engagement.

Requirements

  • College degree and/or equivalent customer service experience.
  • Experience with operational tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Asana, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in or be able to maintain an in-office presence in King of Prussia, PA (minimum 4 days/week).
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with basic calculations.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in operations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
