TL;DR

Salary: $65,000 – $95,000

What you will do

  • Enable strategic clients through high-touch operational execution, product guidance, and workflow coordination.
  • Lead clients through onboarding, project launch, and migrations.
  • Advise clients on best-practice setup, permissions, governance structures, and reporting.
  • Analyze usage and project-room setup to identify practical risks, blockers, or adoption gaps.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Legal to resolve client-critical matters.
  • Deliver and automate custom reports and workflows using AI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
  • Native-level proficiency in English.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or information security industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in the Boston, NYC, or Chicago area.
