What you will do
- Act as the technical point of contact and augment customer support teams.
- Manage the onboarding process and perform quarterly health checks and business reviews.
- Participate in TAM on-call rotations to handle customer inquiries and case escalations.
- Identify and remediate renewal risks in collaboration with internal sales teams.
- Leverage internal technical expertise and knowledge bases to provide effective solutions to customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Windows Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Support, or Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
