What you will do
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, operating systems, and SaaS applications.
- Manage support tickets from intake through resolution, including triage and root-cause investigation.
- Support identity and access management processes, including provisioning and permissions troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain employee laptops, peripherals, and mobile device workflows.
- Create and improve internal knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Partner with Security and People Operations teams to coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and asset logistics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve a wide range of IT support issues in a business environment.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts like SSO and MFA.
- Experience supporting macOS and/or Windows environments.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise.
- Ability to handle sensitive systems and employee information with sound judgment and confidentiality.
