What you will do

• Receive, log, and resolve 1st line IT incidents and service requests.
• Provide hardware and software support across a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
• Build and deploy corporate devices for internal staff members.
• Investigate and action operational alerts, escalating complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Manage secure system access for starters and leavers according to documented procedures.
• Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and provide support for technology projects.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualifications at A level or undergraduate level.
• Experience working in customer-facing environments, handling queries via phone and face-to-face.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity based in London.
• Strong interest in IT and technology with the ability to meet deadlines.
