Focus on bridging technical expertise with business context and leading complex solution designs for Australian accounts.

Location: Sydney, Australia. Must be able to attend in-person onboarding.

What you will do

• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the Figma platform.
• Support Sales teams by addressing technical platform questions and accelerating digital product delivery for customers.
• Own the IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle, including managing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify security enhancements and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts and create content for customers and internal partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and lead technical evaluations based on defined success criteria.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to diverse personas across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
• Ability to attend in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

• Direct experience using Figma or other UX/UI design tools.
