Solutions Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Sydney, Australia; in-person onboarding is required if hired.

A product company building a collaborative design platform that supports brainstorming, prototyping, design-to-code workflows, real-time collaboration, and AI-assisted product development.

What you will do

• Present the platform vision through product demonstrations and presentations, helping customers understand its value.
• Support Sales by answering platform questions and showing how the platform accelerates digital product delivery.
• Own customer IT and Security relationships during deal cycles, addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements for secure, scalable adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify account-security improvements and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, connecting customers with Sales and Product teams.
• Create customer- and partner-facing content and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues while working autonomously.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and position solutions effectively in presales, including defining success criteria and leading evaluations.
• Strong communication skills, including delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to varied audiences.
• Ability to understand and address different personas and workflows across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle.

• Experience using or working with the platform, or other UX/UI experience.
