What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales leaders and Account Executives across the APAC region.
  • Own the regional sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive enterprise new-logo acquisition and expand strategic relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline, territory planning, and business reviews to ensure predictable growth.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and regional partners to maximize market opportunities.
  • Represent the company with executive customers and partners at industry events across APAC.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding regional revenue targets and scaling enterprise sales organizations.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS platforms to large enterprises and C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC enterprise software market and an established executive network.
  • Must be based in the Sydney Office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CRM, workflow automation, no-code/low-code, or adjacent enterprise software markets.
