TL;DR

Instructional Designer Digital Upskilling (AI): Designing and deploying digital upskilling programs on Data & AI, automation, and personal productivity with an accent on end-to-end instructional design using the SAM framework. Focus on creating engaging multimedia content, narrative-driven learning journeys, and managing educational content within an LXP.

Location: Hybrid (Essen, Munich, Berlin, Germany)

What you will do

  • Design and deploy digital upskilling offers focusing on Data & AI, Automation, and Personal Productivity.
  • Manage the end-to-end instructional design process using the SAM framework to align with business goals.
  • Create user-friendly learning content using Articulate 360, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical topics into accessible formats.
  • Optimize content structure and user experience within the Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
  • Facilitate virtual and hybrid learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in graphic and multimedia design for learning content in international settings.
  • Proven experience applying SAM or ADDIE frameworks in corporate environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Techsmith Camtasia, and Synthesia.
  • Expertise in Visual Design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Business fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
