Location: Must be based in the US (specifically in CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA). Candidates in New York metro, Seattle metro, or the Bay Area are not eligible. Preference for candidates within 25 miles of Denver.

Salary: $85k–$100k base salary + annual bonus + equity

What you will do

• Deliver virtual and in-person technical product training to customers, adapting to their technical proficiency.
• Produce and maintain technical content assets, including Iorad videos and customer-facing workflow guides.
• Partner with Implementation, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to align training with onboarding goals.
• Collaborate with L&D Manager and SMEs to translate product releases into updated training content.
• Manage and maintain accuracy of assets within the LearnUpon learning platform.
• Travel approximately 20% for onsite customer classroom sessions and kickoffs.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical or product training to customers in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in facilitating live training sessions for various audience sizes and technical backgrounds.
• Experience producing technical content such as screen recordings and step-by-step walkthroughs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Must not require a work visa now or in the future.
• Active use of AI tools to improve the quality and speed of work.

Nice to have

• Experience in Insurtech or compliance-adjacent industries.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or insurance distribution and licensing workflows.
• Experience supporting customer implementations or onboarding programs.
• Experience working in a lean team or startup environment.
