TL;DR
Director, SAT Suite Instructional Strategy and Resource Systems (EdTech): Defining instructional vision and scalable systems for SAT Suite assessments with an accent on translating assessment data into classroom practice and educator actions. Location: Remote (USA). Hybrid option (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office) for candidates near Reston, VA offices. Authorization to work in the United States required. Occasional travel (4-8 times/year) to offices or business meetings.
Salary: $80,000 - $135,000

What you will do
- Own instructional vision and strategy to translate SAT Suite data into teacher practice and student outcomes, especially in underserved communities.
- Drive adoption through scalable systems for Skills Insight, Educator Question Bank, and Digital SAT integration.
- Define quality standards for instructional materials supporting planning, reteaching, and differentiation.
- Lead governance, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvements based on adoption data and partner metrics.
- Ensure coherence across ecosystem to boost educator engagement and partner execution.
Requirements
- M.S. degree in relevant field + 5 years designing/delivering training programs and content
- 5+ years in instructional strategy, curriculum design, K-12 assessment, or education systems leadership
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud for multimedia; JavaScript extensions
- Expertise in instructional technologies, LMS, xAPI, cmi5; ADA Section 508/WCAG accessibility
- Strong project management, writing, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to educational equity; ability to travel 4-8 times/year
Nice to have
- 10–12+ years leading complex cross-functional instructional or assessment systems
- Experience building scalable frameworks for assessment-to-instruction alignment
- Systems-thinking for modular frameworks across product, design, and field teams
