What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Field Engineers focused on enterprise opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive high-quality technical discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Establish best practices for technical deal strategy and proof-of-concept execution.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer evaluations and high-stakes deals.
• Hire and develop top-tier Field Engineering talent while setting clear career paths.
• Act as the voice of the field by feeding customer insights back to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• 4+ years of experience leading Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, or Pre-Sales teams in enterprise software.
• Strong technical foundation and fluency in modern software development workflows and AI tooling.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales while maintaining technical integrity.
• Comfortable operating in high-pressure, customer-facing deal environments.
• Builder mindset with experience thriving in fast-moving, startup environments.
