What you will do

• Partner with enterprise clients like Coca-Cola and Heineken to identify and validate high-impact AI use cases.
• Develop the initial product vision and build first-version prototypes using agentic coding tools.
• Architect and lead the transition of AI prototypes into scalable, productized solutions.
• Manage, coach, and hire a team of engineers to deliver end-to-end product features.
• Act as the international bridge between offices in Amsterdam, New York, and Shanghai.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a mix of IC and leadership roles.
• Proven track record in client-facing B2B SaaS roles, preferably in data analytics or AI tooling.
• Experience building solutions with agentic coding frameworks such as Claude Code and Codex.
• Native Chinese and strong English fluency (required for Shanghai-based hire).
• Ability to ship and release products rapidly using an AI-native mindset.
