What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of Global Advisory Boards, managing logistics, contracting, and FMV alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end global congress logistics, including booth operations, symposia support, and onsite coordination.
• Manage the global insights process and digital framework to enable structured data capture and dashboard reporting.
• Support Global Grants & Giving governance, including review workflows and compliance due diligence.
• Provide operational support for External Expert Engagement, ensuring compliant contracting and regulatory tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for bi-annual All Medical Summit Meetings and support digital initiatives like SharePoint governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Operations.
• Hands-on experience executing complex medical operations activities.
• Strong knowledge of global medical compliance, HCP engagement standards, and FMV principles.
• Proven ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
