What you will do

  • Own end-to-end commercial operating system including planning, pipeline, forecasting, compensation, tooling, and governance for scalable B2B/B2B2C growth.
  • Lead and integrate Revenue Operations, Commercial Effectiveness, and Enrollment Forecasting into a high-performing organization with clear metrics and rhythms.
  • Deliver accurate sales and enrollment forecasts trusted across the organization, linked to financial planning and supply chain.
  • Define and execute AI strategy to improve pipeline insights, rep productivity, and GTM decision-making with governance for data and change management.
  • Serve on CXLT to translate strategy into commercial plans, KPIs, and execution; surface risks and opportunities.
  • Partner on annual planning, quota setting, territory design, headcount, and sales compensation; drive tech stack improvements like Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years in commercial/revenue/sales operations; 5–7 years leading multi-disciplinary teams in high-growth B2B/B2B2C
  • Experience in scaled public companies and growth environments, ideally healthcare/digital health
  • Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, commercial performance management
  • Proven leadership in Revenue Operations/Commercial Effectiveness including compensation, methodology, enablement, GTM tooling
  • Systems fluency with Salesforce and sales tools; AI innovation in operations; strategic enterprise leadership
