What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for UK and US operations.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, and expense reimbursement workflows.
• Manage customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and resolution of overdue balances.
• Own AP and AR close activities, including aging reviews and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain and optimize Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation using systems like NetSuite, Concur, and Workiva.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AP and AR within a multi-entity or international Biotech company.
• Strong understanding of transactional finance processes, controls, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close and balance sheet accounts.
• Ability to manage supplier queries, payment issues, and customer account matters.
• Must have existing employment rights in the country of application (no sponsorship provided).

• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Exposure to NetSuite, Concur, or Workiva.
• Experience in a fast-paced, regulated, or high-growth environment.
