What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and architects to capture capability needs and project specifications.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Perform analysis of business problems and data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle within Agile Scrum teams.
• Support requirements testing, including scenario creation, documentation, and defect management.
• Explore and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance claims processing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of the healthcare or health insurance industry.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania and able to work in an office environment.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with claims processing platforms like Facets, Amisys, or HealthRules.
• Agile Methodology Certification (CSM, CSPO).
• Knowledge of ITIL or TOGAF frameworks.
