What you will do

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for client migrations.
• Support configuration of claims systems, including benefits, eligibility, and accumulators.
• Define and validate data operations endpoints and file feeds to ensure accurate data flow.
• Configure and validate benefit plans and portal functionality for members and brokers.
• Collaborate with Data Operations to support testing, defect resolution, and validation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to ensure successful client transitions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in business analysis, information systems, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare, insurance, or TPA space.
• Strong understanding of claims administration systems and healthcare data flows.
• Experience documenting requirements, configurations, and process flows.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
