What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor complex programs involving multiple projects to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to meet implementation requirements.
• Ensure technical projects are delivered on schedule and maintain implementation calendars.
• Monitor and track escalated issues to resolution.
• Assist in the implementation of project management tools, methodologies, and standard templates.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis or program management.
• Experience within a financial institution or FinTech is required.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and implementation tracking.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience launching DaaS, data marketplaces, or externally facing data products.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms like data lakes, data mesh, and cloud-based ecosystems.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders on data strategy and monetization.
• Exposure to regulatory engagement, audits, or compliance programs.
