What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across platform, data, and product initiatives
• Translate product and business goals into execution plans with milestones, owners, and metrics
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Design to align priorities and drive execution
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues proactively
• Track progress and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Improve processes to increase engineering and product delivery velocity

Requirements

• Located in London for hybrid work
• Strong experience as Technical Program Manager delivering cross-functional technical programs
• Ability to work with engineering on technical concepts like APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines
• Experience with platform, data, or infrastructure initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organised with execution skills in ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Experience with data-intensive products or financial/data platforms
• Exposure to system migrations, platform modernisation, or scaling challenges
• Familiarity with entity mapping, data modelling, or API-driven systems
