What you will do

• Manage end-to-end complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop systems, templates, and workflows to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-changing work.
• Partner with senior leaders to help them plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and gaps before they become blockers.
• Prepare high-visibility executive-level communications, briefings, and materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in high-growth tech or startups.
• Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Exposure to M&A processes, including integration or diligence.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps and project plans.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot quickly.
• Must be based in the US.
