CAN base pay range per year: $150,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical programs to expand consumer products and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate across engineering teams and non-engineering stakeholders through full program lifecycle: plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules.
• Understand technical implementation at architecture level, propose alternatives, clarify priorities, develop domain knowledge.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, communicate status to management.
• Engage program teams to achieve goals and build remote-friendly culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
• Track record of driving complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems.
• Strong stakeholder management with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and cross-functional teams.
• Organized and strategic approach to multi-disciplinary collaboration; obsesses over details but ships on time.
• Actively mentors and levels up team members.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce.
