Salary: $109,000 – $194,200

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional UX programs across Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Manage Design Systems governance, adoption, and component lifecycle coordination.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows and automation to enhance UX productivity.
• Establish scalable operational frameworks, quality standards, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies to improve overall UX delivery health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, DesignOps, Product Operations, or UX Operations.
• Proven track record supporting Product Design or Design Systems organizations.
• Must be based in the US and located near Boston, Columbia, Bolivar, or the Bay Area.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and cross-functional delivery models.
• Experience managing complex programs across distributed teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise-scale Design Systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow tooling and automation practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility governance and UX quality standards.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Mural, or Aha.
