Location: Remote in the US, but must be within a reasonable distance of Boston, MA; Columbia, SC; Bolivar, MO; or the Bay Area, CA for in-person collaboration.
Salary: $109,000 – $194,200

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional UX programs across Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams.
- Manage Design Systems governance, adoption, and component lifecycle coordination.
- Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows and automation to enhance UX productivity.
- Establish scalable operational frameworks, quality standards, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies to improve overall UX delivery health.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, DesignOps, Product Operations, or UX Operations.
- Proven track record supporting Product Design or Design Systems organizations.
- Must be based in the US and located near Boston, Columbia, Bolivar, or the Bay Area.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development and cross-functional delivery models.
- Experience managing complex programs across distributed teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working with enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow tooling and automation practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility governance and UX quality standards.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Mural, or Aha.
