Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and delivering technical strategies for enterprise accounts and channel partners with an accent on application security, multi-cloud networking, and consultative sales. Location: Remote (Chile, Peru, or Argentina). Note: Travel up to 80% is required to customer facilities or data centers.

What you will do

• Design technical solutions to solve customer business problems and create new digital services.
• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Develop and execute technical strategies for the region in collaboration with channel partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CxO-level executives, articulating business value and addressing technical pain points.
• Enable channel partners through training and oversight to make them autonomous in the sales process.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to guide customers and partners through case resolutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience and 3+ years in pre-sales, specifically through reseller channels.
• Expert knowledge of network and multi-cloud design, switching/routing, and TCP/IP.
• Deep understanding of security technologies: WAF, Firewall, IDS/IPS, and Identity Management (SAML, OAuth, etc.).
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Ability to travel up to 80% via automobile and/or airplane.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, TCL, Java, Perl, or C/C++.
