What you will do

• Design, build, and operate authentication and encryption stacks to ensure high availability and security.
• Develop secure-by-default patterns, libraries, and guardrails that allow product teams to ship safely.
• Contribute to engineering-wide security practices, including secure CI/CD, vulnerability remediation, and AI/LLM safety.
• Operate production systems, including handling rollouts, alerting, and incident response.
• Partner with product crews to reduce security risks without creating bottlenecks.
• Communicate complex security tradeoffs to non-security engineers through documentation and diagrams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
• Hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, and Terraform.
• Proven track record of shipping, owning, and operating production systems.
• Experience designing systems, APIs, or frameworks used by other engineers.
• Experience with security features, vulnerability remediation, or auth/crypto flows.
